I want you know that I am okay without it; the “doctor” part that is. You are all so nice and will think and say, “but you earned it”, and “it’s respectful” etc. I am here to say that “Dr. Rick” comes with a price. You see, if I am a “Doctor” then you are a “patient”.
If you are a “patient”, then you are sick. I have news for you. I don’t see you as sick. I don’t see you as a “patient”. I see you as a beautiful, healthy, whole, complete and wonderful human being who is lacking nothing. I have nothing to put in you. There is nothing I want to take out of you. I just want to increase the flow of life in your body so you can heal you again and again everyday. I want you to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. I want you to be connected so that healing happens and you reach higher and higher levels of wellness, life and connectedness. This is very far removed from doctors, patients, sickness and disease, so much more concerned with light, life and health.
Dr. Rick graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College at Los Angeles in 2000 with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. He also attended Fairfield University for undergraduate studies receiving a Bachelor of Arts (1989), and the University of Bridgeport receiving a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition (1994).
I had tried a few yoga dvds and such but never really connected. For some reason I knew there was something there though. The first day I stepped into a yoga studio I knew it would forever change my life. I felt a shift in energy, in myself and felt more at home then I ever had. Shortly after I went through my teacher training, till this day I still believe it was one of the most incredible journeys I had ever been on.
I truly have a passion to help people through the practice of yoga. since my teacher training I have been lucky enough to do some pretty amazing things as a yoga teacher. I spent 3 months teaching at Amatierra yoga retreat center in Costa Rica, a very challenging yet rewarding and life changing experience. I spent a semester teaching yoga and leading students through meditation, while incorporating the practice of non violent communication and mindfulness weekly at Waterbury Art and Magnet school. Currently I am teaching yoga weekly at Carnes Weeks Rehabilitation Center. I truly believe in the practice of yoga, on your mat as well as off. To say yoga has changed my life would be a understatement. My wish is that even if I can help even one person through the practice of yoga, then I'll be happy

I use the didgeridoo to perform sound healing and
music. I use this therapeutic practice to re-establish the peaceful connection
between mind, body and soul. My goal is to achieve balance and harmony within
myself and in others.
In a sound therapy session I will use the didgeridoo to perform sound vibrations in a communal space. Similar to gongs and singing bowls the didgeridoo uses frequency and vibrations to assist in healing processes. As you relax let the didgeridoo guide you into a meditative journey.
As a medicinal tool the didgeridoo is effective in releasing stress and negative energies within the body. Through sound and vibration emotional tensions of mind and body may be relieved. Feelings of peace, rejuvenation, clarity and even exploring the inner consciousness have been experienced. To bring a body's energy back into balance promotes to becoming grounded in its foundation.

Sue Pace is a Registered Nurse, licensed Paramedic, and both a Certified and Registered Aromatherapist. She holds certifications in Aromatherapy from Aromahead Institute, RJ Buckle’s Certified Clinical Aromatherapy Practitioner program for healthcare professionals, and recently
received her Advanced Diploma in aromatic medicine studies with Australian expert Mark Webb.
Sue says: “
The healthcare system in the United States is in a great state of flux. People are tired of being looked at solely as a series of diagnoses or conditions that need treatment. What needs to be “
is the individual. Certainly, there is a time and place for allopathic medicine when serious illness or injury is present. However, more healthcare professionals are waking up to the fact that patients benefit from being addressed as a whole person, considering diet, fitness and stress levels in forming a care plan. Aromatherapy is a wonderful adjunct in promoting mental and physical health.”
